There are other possible issues to but this is the most common for this error.Patch diagbox, patch diagbox 7.02, patch diagbox 7.01, patch diagbox v05, patch diagbox 5.02, patch diagbox 9.12, diagbox patch download, diagbox 7.83 patch, diagbox v6.01 patch, diagbox 6.01 patch download, diagbox patch v5.02, patch diagbox 7.76, patch v6 diagbox The hardware MAC code is used in your WiFI / Network card to activate the device and if you have it switched off or disabled it won't activate. You MUST have your network / WiFi card enabled for installation - just don't allow it to connect to any networks - so best if you remove any network connections to your router and make sure the 'Automatically Connect' is turned off so the network can't automatically reconnect to an internet connection. Once it has been deactivated it needs fully cleaning out the system before you can attempt it again. If you have previously attempted to install it and then reinstalled it - that won't work. If the software is not installed correctly, it will throw up a wobbly like this. Yes, Lexia is too old for your car - it only works for circa 2007 and earlier vehicles - but you shouldn't need to worry about that as Diagbox already includes Lexia and Peugeot Planet built in - which will automatically launch depending on the vehicle and year. So, I've fobbed it off and just use the separate PP2000 and Lexia installations However, this doesn't give me the full range on vehicles!!!! I am able to get v7.02 working when I ignore the "scary01" code, and use the independent dealer info I have (which I got from Peugeot Servicebox). I've followed the installation video to the letter and every time I tried, it failed. Then, all I get is the activation error message. I can get Diagbox to install v7.01 and it will work perfectly well until I close down and restart Diagbox, which means it automatically unpdates to v7.02. I've attempted to install it on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, using virtual drives, I've tried everything that has been suggested to me.

I hope you know of a fix to this problem. On each attempt the same error popped up. I have tried all of your suggestions, running in compatibility mode of both xp sp2, and 3, with or without internet connection.
